Declaration of Private Game Reserve Order (Chapter 38:01).

This Order declares the area of land described in the Schedule to this Order to be a private game reserve for the protection and preservation of all species of wild animal present in the area. The Order further lays down certain rules for the reserve. Any breeding or cross-breeding involving the introduction of wildlife species into the reserve, and the culling or capture of animals or the establishment of facilities for the breeding of keeping wild animals requires the permission of the Director of Wildlife Conservation and National Parks. The permission may be withdrawn if the holder of the permission omits to introduce good land and wildlife management practices.
