Declaration of Private Game Reserves Order (Chapter 38:01).

This Order declares the area of land described in the Schedule to this Order to be a private game reserve for the protection and conservation of all species of wild animal present in the area. The Order also specifies the kind of persons entitled to hunt in private game reserve, i.e. owners of land, a person acting under the written authority of the owner of the land, a person entitled to a landholder's privileges under section 20 of the Wildlife Conservation and National Parks Act and a person granted a licence under section 39 of the Act by the Minister.
