Declaration of Waterworks Area Order.

This Order disciplines the waterworks area with three schedules. Each city or township referred to in the First Schedule to this Order, being an area in which an undertaking exists, is declared to be a waterworks area, the boundaries of which are defined in the Townships Act. Each village or area referred to in the Second Schedule to this Order, being an area in which an undertaking exists is declared to be a waterworks area, the boundaries of which are set out in the Third Schedule.
