Dissolution of the Tropical Forest Conservation Fund Order, 2015 (S.I. No. 74 of 2015).

This Order, made under section 41 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act by the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, dissolves the Tropical Forest Conservation Fund. The Fund was administered by Forest Conservation Botswana and existed for purposes of promoting activities designed to conserve, maintain and restore the forests of Botswana.
