Environmental Assessment Regulations (Cap 65:07).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Act by, among other things: specifying activities, locations, thresholds and criteria to which the Act applies (Schedule 1); prescribing procedures for public hearings; setting out forms for applications for a project brief, environmental management plans; scoping exercises, terms of reference; environmental impact statements, certificates of practice, applications for registration as a practitioner and register for practitioners.
