Abstract
These Regulations provide for the control of driver-couriers in national parks and other areas protected by the Wildlife and National Parks Act. A "driver-courier" is a person who, for hire or reward, conducts any party of people in a motor vehicle or boat for the purposes of photographing or viewing animals, and includes the driver of a motor vehicle or boat containing such a party. No person shall act as a driver-courier unless he or she is authorized in writing in that behalf by an authorized officer, i.e. the Director of Wildlife and National Parks or a game officer appointed as such by the Director.
