Abstract
These Regulations impose a duty of trophy dealers to make returns in the form prescribed in the First Schedule. The returns concern importation and exportation and local trade in trophies. Trophy dealers shall also maintain a journal in the form of the Second Schedule. Trophies shall be marked by the trophy dealer in accordance with regulation 6. Penalties are prescribed.
