Ghanzi District Council (Livestock Control) Bye-laws.

These Bye-laws, consisting of 12 articles, provide for the control of livestock and the organization and functioning of stables. The Bye-laws discipline the power to detain wandering livestock, destroying of certain animals, and offences and penalties for who contravene the articles of the Bye-laws. The Schedule attached to the text indicates the fee per day for each animal for those in possession of any livestock.
