Abstract
These Bye-laws of the Ghanzi District Council empower the Council to establish markets and require the Council to control and supervise any market established under these Bye-laws.
Permits to hire a stall shall be issued by the Licensing Officer and permit holders are responsible for hygienic conditions of their stalls. Other bye-laws concern order and hygiene at an established market.
