Abstract
These Bye-laws of the Southern District Council prescribe fees for the supply of water in specified areas and provides rules for the drawing of public water in those areas. They also concern the installation and the drawing of water of private taps. The Byelaws prohibit, among other things, the watering of livestock at public water taps and the interference with or tampering of water supply installations.
