Abstract
These Byelaws concern the supervision and use of public standpipes within designated areas of Kgalagadi, i.e. settlements or villages within the Council area allocated to persons for occupation. The Bye-laws place restriction on use of public standpipe water, provide for inspection of public standpipes and prohibit the use of water other than by persons living in the designated areas and the misuse and pollution of water.
