Abstract
The aim of these Bye-laws, consisting of 6 articles, is to appoint a pound master and such other persons as are necessary for the proper conduct of a pound. This should be made by the Council. The pound master shall comply with those provisions of the Pounds Act (Cap. 36:05), which are in force within the township. All amounts of money received by the pound master in terms of the Pounds Act shall be paid into the funds of the Council.
