Abstract
This Act establishes the National Development Bank as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to the organization and operations of the Bank.
The Bank shall provide financial assistance (loans, hire purchase arrangements, share capital etc.) to undertakings in various sectors of the economy of Botswana including agriculture, water supplies and utilization of the wild animal life of Botswana.
