National Parks and Game Reserves Regulations (Chapter 38:01).

These Regulations make provision with respect to management of national parks and reserves and regulate activities and facilities in national parks and reserves. The 49 regulations are divided into 9 Parts and completed by 6 Schedules.
The Director of the Department of Wildlife and National Parks shall cause to be prepared a management plan for each national park and game reserve. The plan shall cover the aspects of development and management of the national park or game reserve set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations. A management plan prepared for a game reserve or national park on tribal land shall be approved by the Director and the appropriate Land Board. Among the various activities in protected areas regulated by these Regulations is fishing. No person shall fish in any waters in a national park or game reserve except in an area designated in the management plan as an area for fishing by members of an adjacent community and in compliance with conditions contained in a written authorization issued by the Officer-in-Charge.
