Abstract
These Bye-laws consist of 32 sections and 2 schedules: Citation (1); Interpretation (2); Appointment of officers (3); Functions of manager (4); Authorisation to use abattoir (5); Hours of operation (6); Delivery of animals (7); Abattoir register (8); Care of animals, etc (9); Diseased animals (10); Removal of animal from pen (11); Carcasses of dead animals (12); Personal hygiene (13); Restrictions on slaughter (14); Place for slaughtering (15); Manner of slaughtering (16); Marking of carcass (17); Deceptive dressing prohibited (18); Condemnation of soiled meat (19); Examination of carcass, etc (20); Duties of meat inspector (21); Removal of meat, etc (22); Human diseases (23); Obstructing manager (24); Disposal of unclaimed animals, etc. (25); Parking of vehicles (26); Dogs, etc. prohibited (27); Exclusion of children (28); Smoking prohibited (29); Liquor prohibited (30); Restrictions of removal of animal (31); Restrictions of removal of animal (32).
