Abstract
These Byelaws concern the supervision and use of public standpipes within designated areas of the North East District, i.e. settlements or villages within the Council area allocated to persons for occupation. The Bye-laws place restriction on use of public standpipe water and prohibit the use of water other than by residents and the misuse and pollution of water.
