Abstract
The aim of these Bye-laws, consisting of 13 articles and 2 schedules, is to set different conditions regarding the control of livestock and other animals. In detail, it regulates the power to detain animals, the power to destroy certain animals, the power to prohibit the use of certain stables. It also concerns dangerous animals and animals causing nuisance. The last part of the Bye-laws regards all the powers in force of the Council and the penalties, with two schedules informing in which area these Bye-laws will be valid and specifying the kraal fees.
