Abstract
This Act concerns the establishment and administration and operation of pounds and the control of straying livestock. Pounds may be established by District Commissioners. Poundmasters shall manage pounds in accordance with provisions of this Act and any legislation made under it. Some provisions of this Act concern the protection of animals from diseases.
