Abstract
This Act establishes the right of the South African Stud Book Association: (a) to register pedigrees of farm livestock bred in or imported into Botswana; and (b) to issue certificates of registration of pedigrees of farm livestock and to publish pedigrees in the form of stud, herd or flock books. Similar rights may be conferred by the President on other legal entities. False certification of pedigrees is declared to be an offence.
