Abstract
This Act, for purposes of development of small business in Botswana, establishes the Local Enterprise Authority and defines its functions and powers.
The Authority shall, among other things, provide assistance to micro, small and medium enterprises assistance in accordance with this Act. The Authority shall be managed by a Board established under this Act.
