Abstract
These Bye-Laws consist of 11 articles plus one schedule. The aims and purposes of these Bye-Laws are to control livestock and other animals, with a focus on the prohibition of use of certain stables which are unfit, undesirable or objectionable by reason of its locality, construction or the manner of use of such stables. The Council in fact has regulated the power to detail wandering livestock or other animal, to destroy certain wandering animals and how to claim livestock. Moreover, the Bye-Laws include penalties for any person who contravenes any of the provisions.
