Abstract
These Bye-laws of the Southern District Council provide rules for the supervision over public standpipes and for the use of such public water supply systems. They also prohibit the misuse of water from public water supply systems. Except with the written permission of the Council, or in an emergency, water shall not be drawn from a public standpipe for use outside the designated area in which it is located.
