Abstract
This Act establishes the Water Utilities Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to the organization and operations of the Corporation.
The Corporation shall supply water in bulk or otherwise in such areas as designated by Minister after consultation with the Corporation and secure adequate supplies of water for the performance of its functions. It may delegate all or any of the functions to any person other than the Government with the consent of the Minister.
