Wildlife Conservation and National Parks (Prohibition of Sale of Snares and Traps) Order, 2016 (S.I. No. 110 of 2016).

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism under section 92 (1)(i) of the Wildlife, Conservation and National Parks Act, prohibit the sale of trap, snare or similar devices. Any person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to pay a specified fine or imprisonment for one year.
