Agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of Azerbaijan to cooperate on veterinary matters.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate on preventing the trans-boundary spread of infectious diseases during transport of animals, animal products, and animal feedstuffs. To this end, each Party agrees: (a) to promptly inform the other of infectious animal diseases discovered on their territory; and (b) to exchange reports on preventive arrangements against infectious animal diseases registered on the territory of the Parties. The cooperation shall consist of: (a) exchange of information and experience in veterinary science; (b) scientific and technical cooperation between veterinary scientific research institutions; (c) exchange of veterinary experts; and (d) trade of drugs manufactured on the territory of the Parties.
