Abstract
Transboundary cooperation between the Parties shall be carried out in the following fields: (a) environmental protection (National Parks, protected areas); (b) prevention of water pollution, construction of sewage disposal plants and recycling plants; (c) mutual assistance in case of natural disasters (flood, fires) (art. 5).

Entry into force notes
The Convention enters into force from the date of the exchange of the ratification documents.
Notes
The period of validity shall be ten years and the Agreement shall be automatically extended for the subsequent five-year periods unless one of the Parties informs the other in writing of its decision to terminate it six months before the expiry.
