Abstract
This Agreement shall be applicable to natural disasters that can have negative environmental impact. The authorized state institutions for the implementation of this Agreement shall be the Ministry on Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) mutual assistance in case of natural disasters; (b) supply of equipment; (c) training of specialists; (c) joint planning; (d) training of specialists; (e) exchange of information; and (f) cooperation within the framework of international organizations. The Parties shall apply early warning system in relation to possible environmental threats that can have transboundary effects.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall be effective 30 days after the date of receiving of the last written confirmation of the Parties on carrying out all the necessary internal procedures for its coming into force. The Agreement was ratified by the Republic of Belarus on 12 June 2007.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for one five-year period unless, one six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other.
