Abstract
The Parties implement and develop cooperation in the field of protection and use of intellectual property rights to inventions, utility models, industrial designs, commodity signs and service marks and trademarks, as well as to objects of copyright and related rights on the basis of mutual benefit and equality in accordance with this Agreement and other international treaties to which the Parties are or will participants. Cooperation shall be performed in the following fields: (a) protection and management of intellectual property rights; (b) harmonization of the national legislation on intellectual property rights of the Parties; (c) exchange of information, normative and legal documentation; and (d) professional training of staff.

This Agreement entered into force on 11 October 2015.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
