Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on exchange of information and cooperation in the nuclear safety and protection against radiation.

The Contracting Parties shall cooperate and exchange information in the field of nuclear safety and protection against radiation in accordance with this Agreement, national legislation of the Parties, generally recognized principles and norms of international law. The Contracting Parties shall exchange information: (a) on functioning nuclear plants and facilities located on the territory of their states, as well as planned for construction or under construction, commissioned, in the process of decommissioning or decommissioned; and (b) on emissions of radioactive materials exceeding the maximum level of acceptable risk that occurred at nuclear installations and in the performance of relevant activities.
