Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) fuel and energy complex and energy saving; and (b) rational nature management, prevention of natural disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof. The cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of scientific and technical information; (b) joint projects; (c) exchange of scientists, researchers and experts; and (d) participation in scientific conferences, symposia, workshops and internships.

This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
