Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Poland on navigation on inland waterways.

The Contracting Parties will promote the development of cooperation between their States in the field of inland water transport and navigation, as well as between the states of the Contracting Parties and third countries. The vessels of one of the Contracting Parties shall have the right of use of internal waterways, enter harbours of the Contracting Parties, as well as moorings located on the territory of the state of the other Contracting Party, as well as to transport cargo and (or) passengers between the states Contracting Parties, and also between each of them and the third states. Each Contracting Party shall grant the same rights to the vessels of the other Contracting Party, as the rights of proper vessels performing navigation in inland waterways, access to ports and harbor facilities, the use of flood gates and other waterworks, terminals and moorings.
