Abstract
The Parties shall develop long-term scientific and technical cooperation within the framework of the implementation of this Agreement and in accordance with the legislation of each of the Parties. Cooperation shall be performed in the following fields: (a) renewable energy; (b) agro-industrial technologies and production; (c) biotechnology and genetic resources. Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of scientific and technical information; (b) implementation of joint scientific and technical projects and programs; (c) exchange of scientists and experts; (d) joint conferences, symposia, seminars and internships; and (e) joint events in scientific and technical sphere.

This Agreement entered into force on 1 July 2013.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
