Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) plant cultivation, including seed-growing of agricultural crops; (b) stockbreeding, including pedigree stockbreeding; (c) food processing industry, including modernization of food processing enterprises; and (d) agricultural education, including training of agricultural experts. Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of information; (b) exchange of samples of seeds; (c) joint research; and (d) exchange of experts.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall be effective from the date of receiving of the last written confirmation of the Parties on carrying out all the necessary internal procedures for its coming into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for one or more three-year periods unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other.
