Abstract
Cooperation will be carried out in the following main areas: (a) plant cultivation, including seed growing of agricultural crops; (b) livestock, including breeding; (c) food and processing industry; (d) development and improvement of management methods of agro-industrial complex; (e) economy and agrarian policy, mutually beneficial economic relations, trade operations in the field of agriculture and processing industry; and (f) cooperation in the field of agrarian education, training and qualification improvement of senior managers, responsible executives and specialists of agro-industrial complex organizations. Cooperation under this Agreement will be implemented in following forms: (a) exchange of scientific, technical and economic information, scientific research, seminars, symposia, exhibitions; (b) exchange of samples of seeds, agricultural animals, planting material; (c) joint research and development on issues of mutual interest; and (d) exchange of interns.

The Agreement entered into force on 12 March 2010.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
