Agreement between the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan on cooperation in the field of competition development, consumer protection and regulation of the advertising market.

The Parties, in accordance with the legislation of their States and based on their available resources, have the right to cooperate in the following main areas: (a) exchange of information on changes made to the legislation on competition, consumer protection and advertising of the States of the Parties; (b) provision of information and rendering of methodological assistance in the development of legal acts in the areas of competition development, consumer protection and regulation of the advertising market of the States of the Parties; (c) exchange of opinions on issues of multilateral international cooperation in the areas of competition policy, consumer protection and regulation of the advertising market; (d) organization of bilateral courses and joint participation in multilateral events on training, retraining and advanced training of personnel of the Parties. The Parties have the right to exchange experience on the following issues: (a) identification and elimination of violations of competition, consumer protection and advertising legislation; (b) legal protection of competition; (c) interaction of the Parties with antimonopoly (competition) authorities, consumer protection and advertising market regulation authorities of third countries; (d) protection of the rights and interests of consumers of the States of the Parties; and (e) regulation of the advertising market.
