Abstract
The Parties, in accordance their national legislation and within the limits of their competence, shall cooperate in the following forms: (a) exchange of information, periodicals, scientific and technical literature, research results related to prevention of natural disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof; (b) planning, joint workshops, seminars, conferences and training courses; and (c) exchange of experts, teachers, scientists and experts.

This Agreement entered into force on 30 June 2012.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than three months before the date of its expiry.
