Abstract
The Parties develop and implement cooperation in the field of healthcare, including medical science, in accordance with national legislation and international obligations of the Parties. The Parties intend to develop mutually beneficial cooperation on the following areas: (a) modernization in the field of healthcare; (b) promotion of investment projects in the field of healthcare; (c) medical education, including training of medical personnel; (d) exchange of specialists for the purpose of training and consultation in areas of interest both sides; (e) exchange of experience in the sphere of information systems related to management of healthcare system; (f) protection of maternal and child health; (g) exchange of information in the field of healthcare, including programs of immunization, fighting pandemics; (h) cooperation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population; (i) development of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of clinical and preventive medicine in accordance with the needs of the healthcare system; (j) medical statistics; and (k) other mutually coordinated areas of cooperation.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enter into force on the date of signature and shall remain in force for 3 years.
Notes
The validity of this Agreement is automatically extended to the following three-year periods, unless one of the Parties notifies in writing another Party not less than 6 months before the expiration of the next period of its intention to cease its operation.
