Abstract
The Parties shall develop and implement cooperation in the field of health protection and healthcare based on principles of mutual benefit and mutual assistance, in accordance with the legislation and international obligations, acting on the territories of the Parties. The Parties intend to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in the following areas: (a) promotion and improvement of medical care and the system of healthcare institutions; (b) training and professional development of medical personnel; (c) promotion of investment projects in the field of health protection; (d) exchange of experience and information in the field of health protection, including on programs immunization, fighting pandemics; (e) protection of health of mother and child; and (f) development of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of medicine. Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) mutual consultations; (b) exchange of specialists and information; and (c) organization of symposia and conferences.

This Agreement entered into force on 23 April 2015.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for three years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent three-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
