Abstract
The Parties will develop cooperation in the following areas: (a) implementation of state family policy; (b) ensuring gender equality; (c) implementation of state policy in the field of women's employment; (d) social support for women with disabilities and children with special psychophysical development; and (e) training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in these areas. The Parties will exchange groups of experts in order to acquire new knowledge in the areas of cooperation. The Parties shall invite interested representatives to participate in national and international conferences, seminars and exhibitions held on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and Azerbaijan on issues of social protection of the family, women and children.

This Agreement entered into force on 19 October 2010.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
