Abstract
The purpose of this Agreement shall be the implementation of the project for the construction of five (5) agro-industrial towns (agro-industrial economies) in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, based on the principles of cooperation, reciprocity, solidarity, complementarity and mutual respect for sovereignty, in compliance with the laws of the states of the Parties and the terms of this Agreement. The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela appoints the executive body to carry out this Agreement the Ministry of People's Power Agriculture and Lands. The Republic of Belarus appoints executive bodies for their part, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Obligations: (1) both Parties pledge to jointly implement the project; (2) the Republic of Belarus will transfer technologies and know-how, the application of which will be necessary at each stage and/or in the field of agricultural production and social sphere; (3) the Government of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela will provide the necessary funding for the implementation of the project in Venezuela; (4) the Parties pledge to provide detailed, jointly executed estimates of costs within 45 (forty-five) days from the entry into force of this Agreement; (5) the Parties pledge to cooperate actively in the transfer of technologies; and (6) the first agro-industrial town (agro-industrial sector) will be built in the sector La Roana (Guarico State).

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force from the date of receipt of the last notification of the fulfilment by the signatories of domestic procedures required for its entry into force.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than six months before the date of its expiry.
