Abstract
The Parties will promote the development of scientific and technical cooperation between the two Parties, including the area of advanced technical and technological innovations in industry, agricultural technology and production. Cooperation shall include: (a) exchange of staff, experts, scientists, researchers and technical specialists; (b) exchange of scientific and technical documentation and publications; (c) organization of scientific and technical seminars, symposia, visits and workshops; and (d) joint research.

The Agreement entered into force on 23 April 2014.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for subsequent five-year periods, unless one of the Parties sends the other Party written notice of its intention to terminate it no later than three months before the date of its expiry.
