Decision of the Council of Ministers № 1412 "On the Procedure of the Work with Citizens in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on the Issuance of the Certificates or other Documents, Containing the Acknowledgement of the Facts, Having Legal Importance”.

This Decision establishes the administrative procedure for issuance of certificates by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection. In particular it regards: (a) issuance of certificate of acknowledgement of botanical collections, particularly valuable botanical collections and zoological collections; (b) issuance of certificate of acknowledgement of botanical collections; (c) issuance of permits for hunting and capture of wild fauna species for scientific research, educational, recreational and aesthetic purposes; (d) issuance of authorization for exchange, trade and transfer of zoological collections, and also export thereof; and (e) issuance of a permit for the movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus of wild animals and plants, their parts or derivatives thereof, falling under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, signed in Washington on March 3, 1973 (CITES Convention).
