Abstract
This Resolution establishes the national list of fishing grounds, classifying the by categories of fishing based on the following principles: (a) commercial fishing; (b) recreational non-commercial fishing; (c) fee paying fishing; (d) free of charge fishing; and (e) in accordance with the fish species authorized for fishing.
