Abstract
This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for legal persons on safety of work and services related to keeping dairy livestock and milk production on dairy farms. Only healthy livestock, confirmed by veterinary certificate, can be admitted at dairy farms. Formation of herd of cattle at dairy farms shall be exclusively by dehorned cattle. Transfer of livestock, including the formation of individual groups, without an examination by a veterinary of this agricultural enterprise shall be prohibited. The feedstuffs for dairy animals shall be of high quality and safe. Dairy animals must be kept clean. Any type of work just before or during milking, which has a negative impact on milk quality and safety shall be prohibited. Buckets of milk must be covered with a lid. Immediately after milking, milk should be delivered to the premises for collection and storage of raw milk.
