Decree No. 10 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection regarding calculation of emissions to the atmosphere.

The Decree contains the method of calculation of maximum allowable once-only emissions to the atmosphere from stationary sources owned by haulage contractors. It consists of five Sections dealing with: (1) sphere of application; (2) normative reference; (3) general provisions; (4) calculation of emissions from car parks; and (5) calculation of emissions from various production sections. Data obtained as a result of calculation of emissions to the atmosphere shall be used for: (a) environmental impact assessment; (b) inventory of emissions; (c) rate setting for emissions; (d) calculation and payment of environmental fees.
