Abstract
This Decree establishes the modalities of provision of tourist services with a view of granting access to tourist information and ensuring consumer protection in the sphere of tourism. Relations between providers and consumers of tourist services shall be regulated by contracts. Annex 1 contains form sheet of Model Contract for provision of tourist services.
