Abstract
The Decree establishes the calculation of the emissions in the atmospheric air caused by the use of paintwork materials. It contains technical data on the composition of imported and domestic paintwork materials that must be used for the calculation of the emission output. The emission output must be used for environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental audit and the calculation of environmental fees. The Decree is compulsory for all legal and physical persons operating on the national territory.
