Decree No. 1105 of the Council of Ministers validating the list of measures of technical (technological, verifying) type.

This Decree assigns to the Ministries the function of inspection (verification) of technical (technological) conditions of premises and facilities for storage of different articles, commodities and substances. The Ministry of Interior shall be responsible for inspection of storage facilities for firearms, including those for civilian use. The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services shall be responsible for survey and inspection of sources of potable water supply, including verification of radiation safety of potable water. The Ministry of Forest Management shall be responsible for verification of forest fire control measures and fulfilment of forest management planning. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection shall be responsible for investigation of cases of environmental pollution, including emissions to the atmospheric air, and loss of wild flora and wild fauna species. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall be responsible for inspection, verification and survey of agricultural machinery and equipment, waterworks, verification of quality and safety of feedstuffs, feed additives, drugs, examination of livestock for identification and liquidation of animal diseases, and verification of quality of seeds and planting material.
