Abstract
This Decree validates Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “State sanitary and hygienic expertise of date of expiry (storage) and terms and conditions of storage of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs differing from standards and acting technical provisions”. It shall be applicable to alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs in the process of elaboration of new types thereof and putting in mass processing and production. Period of validity of storage of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs not requiring performance of sanitary and hygienic expertise is specified in the Annex 1. Sanitary and hygienic expertise for compliance with safety requirements with a view of protection of human health shall be performed by state sanitary supervisory authority at the request of the manufacturer.
