Abstract
Licences (special permits) for retail trade (vending) of liquors shall be issued, re-issued, amended, suspended, renewed, extended or revoked by Minsk city and other city municipalities. Retail trade of liquors shall be carried out by national legal and natural persons and by foreign legal persons and organizations if they have representation offices on the national territory. Individual entrepreneurs shall be authorized to carry out trade of liquors exclusively on draught. Licence shall be valid on the whole national territory for the period of 5 year subject to multiple renewals at the request of licence holder.
